Minnetonka Saints "Three-Peat"

Thanks to some warm, dry weather we were able to get all of the games played this weekend and wrap up the tournament on time.  The Woodbury Warriors emerged from the elimination bracket with an exciting 11 inning, 3-1 win over the host Burnsville Bulldogs to make their fifth appearance in the title game in six seasons.  That's quite an impressive run.  In the title game the Warriors ran into the two time defending champion Minnetonka Saints.  The Saints went on to defeat the Warriors 4-1 to take home their third championship in the last three years for the "Three-Peat".  It also marked the Saints fourth straight appearance in the title game.  Another impressive run.  Please check the State Tournament page for updates.
